Welcome to Prophet - Informa's Mystery Shopper portal. To log in to your shopper home page in Prophet, just enter in your username and password above. Your username is your email address and your password is the first two letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your home phone number (for example: sm5555).

Informa is going digital! If you are interested in opening a new checking account or credit card, let us know! We are regularly testing online and mobile bank account openings so check in every now and then to see what we have available. These mystery shops are not always listed in Prophet so be on the lookout for emails from our schedulers promoting these new and exclusive shops.
You must review and agree to Informa's Independent Contractor Agreement in order to participate in Informa's Mystery Shop programs. To review and agree please log in and click on the link titled "Click here to review and agree to the Independent Contractor Agreement". The link is right below the option titled "Show Me Forms That I Can Enter Directly".
You must complete the W-9 form in order to be paid for completed shops. Informa requires a W-9 to verify our shopper’s identity and tax information. To find the W-9 form, log in to your shopper home page and navigate to the ‘Options’ box and click on ‘Show Me Forms I Can Enter Directly’. One of the forms listed will be the W-9. Simply click on the link for the W-9, fill in your information, and then click submit. (NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER IS NOT REQUIRED)

Informa currently pays Mystery Shoppers via mailed paper check. This is currently the most secure way for Informa to remit payments to shoppers. Payments are typically received in 2-3 weeks but can take up to 45-60 days to be received, varying by the project.
Once you submit your mystery report, it is reviewed by our editing and quality assurance team generally within 3-5 business days. Our editors may contact you to verify information in your report so be on the lookout for emails from Informa's editors. Any delay in response may result in a delay receiving payment.
If the editing and quality assurance team finds your report meets expectations and was performed correctly, they will publish your report and approve it for payment. (NOTE: You will be contacted if the editors are unable to approve your report)
Informa payments run on a weekly basis. This means that payments are processed at the end of each week, not daily. At the end of each week, our payments team receives a report of the payments and prepares them for mailing. It usually takes 7-10 days for processing. Once processed, the checks are mailed from our payments office in Florida via ground service which takes 3-5 business days.
Informa is continuing to research electronic payments options and prioritizing data security. All shoppers will be notified if and when electronic payments are implemented.
